Our Foundation
Stingray was founded by Glorimar "Glow" Colón Pagán — born and raised in Puerto Rico. A woman, Latina, and Puerto Rican founder, she brings over 30 years of experience in business administration and human resources, hands-on time inside corporate logistics, and experience as an owner-operator behind the wheel.
She builds with a vision for the future—grounded in experience, driven by innovation, and unafraid to challenge how businesses operate. That unique perspective—from the boardroom to the road—revealed a critical gap: independent and growing organizations are expected to perform like enterprise companies without access to enterprise systems.
Stingray Expedite was created to close that gap.
