Stingray Expedite is a woman-founded, Latina-led, transportation technology and consulting company. We build the operational backbone that modern carriers run on — and we created the platform that makes it possible: Nautilus™, a Business Operating System that adapts from freight to virtually any business.
Our Foundation
Stingray was founded by Glorimar "Glow" Colón Pagán — born and raised in Puerto Rico. A woman, Latina, and Puerto Rican founder, she brings over 30 years of experience in business administration and human resources, hands-on time inside corporate logistics, and experience as an owner-operator behind the wheel. She builds with a vision for the future — grounded in that experience, and unafraid of the challenges any company or industry can bring. That range — the boardroom and the road — exposed a gap: independent and growing operations are expected to run like the big players, but without the systems the big players take for granted. Stingray exists to close that gap.

To expand access and operational excellence through technology — giving independent and growing operations the structure, compliance, and efficiency once reserved for the big players. It starts in freight, where we help the people who move it earn fairly and transparently, and it scales to any business ready to run with the same discipline.
